Faraz Javed\'s Mission: 51,000 Free Tattoos For Hindu-Muslim Unity
From a Hindi news media report , it was revealed that in Uttar Pradesh, amid rising communal tensions during the Kanwar Yatra, a heartwarming gesture from Kanpur is making headlines. Tattoo artist Faraz Javed is offering 51,000 free tattoos of the word "Mahakal" to promote communal harmony. Posters outside and inside his tattoo parlor declare "Long live Hindu-Muslim unity!"
Speaking to a news channel, Faraz explained that this is not his first such initiative; he previously made 51,000 "Jai Shri Ram" tattoos. He emphasizes that this effort stems from his faith and a strong commitment to unity, not merely an offer. Normally charging around 1400 INR per tattoo, Faraz is now offering them for free to spread love and peace.
Just like we at Krishnanagar Tattoo Parlor in Krishnanagar, West Bengal, occasionally offer free tattoos to encourage new customers to experience their first tattoo, Kanpur’s Farad Javed is promoting unity by providing free "Mahakal" tattoos. This initiative, which aims to foster communal harmony, is similar in spirit to our efforts to make tattooing more accessible and welcoming to newcomers. Both endeavors highlight how tattoos can be a powerful means of bringing people together and creating positive experiences.
